Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your region within Saudi Arabia. Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah) typically see faster delivery; more remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery Coverage We deliver to all regions of Saudi Arabia.

Cash on Delivery All orders are shipped Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash to the delivery agent when your order arrives — no online payment is required to place an order.
