Refund policy
Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging with tags/labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Certain items — such as personal care/hygiene products, intimate items, and clearance/final-sale items — are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactarabzella@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds Since all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (as agreed with our support team), typically within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size, color, or item instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — we'll do our best to arrange an exchange based on availability.
